2. What data I process
Name, e-mail, company website and message content from the contact form. Name, e-mail and company from the form for sending the sample analysis.
3. Why and on what legal basis
Replying to your inquiry and negotiating a contract (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps). Sending the sample analysis (consent). Follow-up business communication (legitimate interest, which you can refuse at any time).
4. How long
For the duration of our communication and then no longer than 5 years after the last contact. For clients, for the duration of the cooperation and then for the period required by accounting and tax regulations. Contacts from the sample analysis form until consent is withdrawn, no longer than 5 years.
5. Who processes the data
The website hosting provider and Google Workspace (e-mail). I don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone else.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to the e-mail above.

You can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, www.uoou.cz.
